Prescription Refills

To All Patients:

In an effort to more accurately and efficiently manage prescription refills, we ask our patients to bring prescriptions
bottles or an accurate and updated list of medications and the number of refills to every appointment. We should
then provide you with enough refills for chronic medications until your next scheduled appointment. Any acute
medication (antibiotics or pain medication) usually requires an office evaluation to determine your medical needs.

 
If you find yourself out of refills prior to your appointment, please use the Healow App or the Patient Portal to
request refills. For patients without internet access, contact your pharmacy and have them e-request refills. Faxing
a request is an unreliable method.
