About Rebecca Woodbury

Rebecca’s drive and passion to become a nurse began at an early age, while watching her mother care for family members. After graduating from Lenoir-Rhyne University in 2012 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, her career has focused on the care of the cardiac patient, wound care and pediatrics, in both the inpatient and outpatient setting. Becoming a nurse practitioner has always been Rebecca’s career goal. She graduated from East Tennessee State University with a Master’s Degree in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner focus in 2019, she not only succeeded in reaching this milestone, but finished her education before sending her oldest of three girls off to kindergarten.

Rebecca is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Professional memberships include: the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, North Carolina Nurses’ Association and the American Nurses’ Association.

A local to the foothills, Rebecca was raised in Hudson, NC, where she currently lives with her husband, Daniel, and their three young daughters. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, trout fishing with her husband, sewing and baking. She is a member of First Baptist Church, Hudson where she serves in the nursery ministry.

She has a heart for getting to know her patients while serving, listening and educating them based on their specific needs. She is excited to be a patient advocate and a trustworthy provider in the community.
